Happy Taurus Season ‼️what a wonderful time to bake! este ally, mold and reshape our physical vehicles. In cross-cultural shamanic practices the most intimate soil one stewards is that of your physical body. It is not the entirety of you, but it is a vessel of your expression and an allyship with it is an allyship to the earth.

⚠️A lot of our spiritual-emotional initiations manifest also on our bodies and in the rush to emotional freedom>> the body can end up ragged, misaligned, unarchitected and exhausted. A lot of folks have body patterns that are recursive/ unexplainable and turn to different modes of “alternative” wellness to attune to health. What i often find unemphasized is an allyship to one’s own frequency, and baseline trust to working with our body as a switch-confession board of our inner/and even outer-most lives.
