Ancestral Healing Workshop

🎙️This recorded session covers a shamanic journey that roots first into our original frequency, asks the support of our guides, and ventures into meeting our soul family and then the spirit version of our existing physical families: biological, chosen, etc.

For folks who are new to shamanic journeys, these basically work as stories that directs our consciousness to doors, locations, and portals as a way to heal and move certain things on the astral level. Yes these images exist out there, but they are also inlaid within us. 

A brief primer on the journey is outlined in the class, to really make sure everyone is cognizant with what is going to happen and is seated in their consent and authority. In the email prep of this class it was also advised

This means that this journey is co-designed with it’s previous participants and their teams, future listener’s as well as maria’s. I hope that you take your time to consider how you bring yourself into the space as the recording doesnt cover a brief relaxation prompts (wiggling our bodies a bit to settle into a comfortable position, breathing slowly together down down and shutting off external senses, to focus on the journey)

Folks personal questions after the journey has been editted out for privacy but the answers to certain experiences have been kept it in to model for any digital only listeners the breadth of the experience of different people in the class.

The live participants had symbols that maria channeled that focused what their journey’s energy was about, and helped key in their specific frequency. If you have a totem you associate with your ancestral healing, kindly invoke this as well before class. If you can’t think of one, it’s okay, simply allow yourself to remain open for the recorded class.

NOTE: all the live participants were filipina so we spoke in tagalog-english in QnA and there are some sprinkling of tagalog prompts in the journey proper. it is generally still legible to an english speaking audience. Their sharing of their own journeys are editted out and only maria's answers are included in the recording as they explain some general aspects on journeying and spiritual healing.
